RC “Turan TT” is a three-section building with eighteen and nineteen floors in height, designed taking into account the modern capabilities of the construction industry. The house will have a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and foundation, providing high seismic resistance. The walls are built of red brick, the building will receive a facade insulated by an environmentally friendly thermal insulator, lined with painted decorative plaster.
Each apartment has at least one balcony and loggia, which are fenced with openwork metal bars or balustrades. There are balconies with panoramic glazing. The building is decorated with stucco and columns, equipped with modern equipment:
