This boutique project of stone houses located on six hectares of land in the Yalikavak district, the pearl of the Bodrum peninsula.
The idea of this project arose from a family search for the perfect home immersed in nature. Later, the idea was scaled up to 11 estates.
The houses are built mainly of local natural stone. This project is a modern monument of historical stone architecture, once common in the Bodrum region.
Among the architects of the project is a world-famous Turkish architect, winner of the architecture Prize.
The project consists of eleven stone houses, each of which is located on a plot of 4,000-5,000 m2, providing privacy and spectacular views of Yalikavak Bay. Construction permits for the Project have been obtained.
The houses are built specifically for year-round living. Underfloor heating and central air conditioning are present in all interior spaces. The walls are 50-60 cm thick to provide maximum insulation, minimizing heat absorption from the sun to keep cool during the summer months and protect against heat loss during the winter.
