Description
The house is located in a residential quarter, 5 minutes walking to the city center and train and bus stations. And less than 5 minutes to a primary school and a nursery. It’s a really calm and minimal traffic area. At the same time it is 4km away from Sant Salvador beach, with an optional dirt path to go walking or cycling if not going by car.
It has a private garage with two car and a motorbike capacity. It is accessible through a community entrance. Next, there’s the ground floor with a living room and a kitchen with parket floor, both large. In the same floor there’s a bathroom with shower, the access to the house (through a front patio) and the garden. This one contains enough space for a table and chairs below the natural ivy awning (to protect from the sun on summer). A work barbecue completes the garden. The orientation of the house is to the south, to maximize the sun hours.
Then in the middle floor there are the sleeping rooms connected by a main hallway. All of them have windows to the exterior, and in the marriage’s room also a balcony. The second bathroom, with wide dimensions and a bath, also through the main hallway. The whole floor made of ceramic tile.
Finally in the top floor there’s a big loft for polyvalent use with enough space for an office, a gym, a storage room, etc. It has a window in the inclined ceiling for air circulation.
The acclimatization of the house is made by electric radiators heaters in the ground and top floors, and a heat pump (cold/hot air) in the middle floor. Energetic qualification: D
