This project gives you the opportunity to build your villa in the fantastic Abama Golf, enjoying all the services of a 5-Star-Resort in your own home. This is the main idea of the developer. The design and the construction could be realized by an architect of your own choice and confidence or by the architect of Abama, who will be available. The plots are between 750 m² and 2,900 m² and construction is permitted on 30 % of the plot´s size, which equals a constructed area between 225 m2 and 870 m2. All plots have breath-taking views on the Golf court, the Ocean and La Gomera. The use of all hotel facilities - golf, tennis, restaurants, bars and spa at a special fare are the Highlights of this project. Of course the use of the golden beach and its service facilities are included for the owner and his guests.
