New luxury two-storey Villa built in 2018, located in a quiet area of Tivat, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, at a distance of 700 m from the coastline, Montenegro.

The location on a hill provides a picturesque view of the Bay of Kotor and the city of Tivat. The road leading to the Villa is a dead-end, which gives peace, quiet and privacy, while being almost in the center of the city and in close proximity to the main urban infrastructure.
The Villa consists of two floors:
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a spacious living room with kitchen, dining area and fireplace, dressing room, guest toilet, storage room, and a bedroom with its own bathroom. From the living room and bedroom there is access to the outdoor terrace to the relaxation area and pool
A staircase leads from the first to the second floor to the hall (or study), from which separate exits to two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a full bath and a terrace, a dressing room.
