The water / thermal / electric systems have been prepared and must be completed, the floors are to be installed, the internal and external fixtures must be renewed. In a lateral space between the house and the shed a large underground concrete cistern was also built to collect rainwater with different access points. The tennis court is immediately behind the house, has a concrete surface and is totally fenced; abandoned for a long time needs to be restored.
