Description
The house as well as the barn buildings are situated on a 8500qm flat ground in Pat, 25km from Nagykanisza. The 75qm are split into living room, kitchen, bathroom and sleeping room.
It was used as a holiday home and is fully furnished.
There are fruit and walnut trees on the ground as well as wheat and cornfields. Local people are taking care about the house and the ground as well.
The small village is surrounded by forests and meadowland as well as some lakes where bathing and fishing is possible. Nearby is also a farm which rents out horses for a ride.
Small shops in the village are providing everything for daily life, Nagykanisza (25km) has a good variety of shopping malls, restaurants etc.
In about 15 minutes you can reach the spa town Zalakaros. The Indoor Spa has thermal pools 34-36 °C that allow you to enjoy the renewing power of the water in Zalakaros, which benefits primarily the effects of chronic gynecological, musculoskeletal and also provides treatment to joint diseases of the nervous system, or metabolic or cardiovascular disorders. The Town Zalakaros offers a number of programs and recreation opportunities beyond the Spa. There are several parks in the town where you can enjoy a walk. Admire the beautiful plants in the arboretum around the open-air cinema. Zalakaros features hundreds of years old tradition of viticulture as well. Many wine cellars on the vineyard lane place offer you a taste of local and Hungarian wines.
The lake of Balaton is 50km away; the "Balaton Airport" Sarmellek is reachable within 20 minutes.
Driving time from Graz is about 2,5 hours, from Munich 6 hours and to the coastline of Croatia around 3 hours.
