Also located on the property of 15,000 m2 is a large workshop and a very large storage area, a swimming pool and a jeux de boules court (under beautiful plane trees). It is a very quiet location and within walking distance of the village with various wonderful restaurants and shops.

The annex is very suitable for a large family or group of up to 14 people. In total there are 5 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 bath / shower rooms and 4 toilets. Incidentally, the apartments are currently fully furnished and in use as a holiday accommodation / Gîte.
The spacious and comfortable country house itself is suitable for max 6 people, has 2 toilets and 3 bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, storage and central heating. There is also a wood stove / fireplace. 4G reception is available.
