HOTEL **** is located at the entrance to Mariánské Lázně towards the town of Cheb, which is about 33 km from the border with Germany on the edge of a large forest park covering Mariánské Lázně, in a quiet location, about 1.5 km from the center of Mariánské Lázně Lazne.
The hotel complex is divided into:
Object A - 1st floor - 2 garages, maintenance of workshops,
Object B - Binding to the main object C
1st floor - warehouses
The second floor - rehabilitation and mud
3rd floor - restaurant and kitchen
Lower part of B - pool, sauna, gas envelopes
Facility C - Hotel
The hotel has 97 rooms - of which 17 are suites, 8 suites DE LUX (6 with bath and shower), 12 single rooms and 60 double rooms.
2nd floor - a winter garden with a connecting corridor (a winter superstructure with gardens built in 2005). All rooms are equipped with bathroom, toilet, TV, satellite TV, telephone and internet.
Repair and reconstruction, carried out from 2007 to 2009 (27 150 000, -Kč)
Restaurants - new ceilings and lighting from plasterboard, electrical connection and air conditioning.
2nd floor - winter garden 2006 superstructure and interconnection of the building with the corridor on the 3rd floor to Building B, C.
Reconstruction of the BALNEA - swimming pool, sauna, gas envelopes.
Hydrotherapy - (paving, tiles, baths, fittings, power lines, countercurrents, waterfall in the pool).
Facility C - hotel: complete new bathroom in the rooms, 32 shower rooms, 29 massage baths, new equipment, including tiles, plumbing and electricity. In the rooms there are new ceilings from plasterboard with illumination. New carpets and floor coverings throughout the hotel. A new camera system. New TVs - 91 pcs.
Outdoor modifications: - a new tennis court with a surface (about 1 million CZK), a volleyball court, a children's playground, a basketball court, a children's sandbox, a football field, an outdoor gazebo as a summer wine store.
