DEVELOPED FACTORY FOR PROCESSING OF MEAT, DAIRY PRODUCTS, FRUIT AND VEGETABLES, FISH IN THE PLEVEN REGION.
Developed enterprise for processing of meat, dairy products, fruit and vegetables in the Pleven region - 36km, 190km from Sofia, 25km from the ferry Nikopol-Turnu Magurele. The company is implemented in accordance with the most up-to-date meat processing requirements and its equipment is also suitable for processing of milk, fish, fruits and vegetables, ice cream, or any raw materials of the food industry, cutting and packaging. It has an export number and an export authorization in the European Union. The buildings are made of galvanized metal construction and thermal panels from 100mm to 200mm thick, all of which are made of high quality materials imported from the EU. All workplaces are on a one level so that service and production is mainly done with the use of self-propelled transport vehicles and transport carts without the use of manual labor. The complex consists of a flat fenced terrain, which is partially concreted.

The base is powered by 300kW elektricity. It has its own sewage treatment plant, an own water source well for domestic and industrial needs, a steam boiler with a capacity of 1.6t steam / hour with a tank, a heating station for the residential administrative part. The factory has full equipment of the highest class in excellent condition imported from Europe, and it is possible to sell with complete or partial equipment. The region has a well developed livestock and fruit and vegetable production, which would provide a regular supply to the factory with raw materials for production. The location of the enterprise near major roads and ferry links provides good export potential to neighboring countries and central and western Europe. The price is negotiable depending on the payment method and the scope of the deal.
