The complex consists of four buildings - A,B,C and D. All buildings include a rich selection of apartments that are different in terms of type and by the area:
1. Apartments of type "studio" (37,22 m2 -42,76 m2);
2. Apartments with 1 bedroom (67,52 m2 - 87,43 m2).
**Construction time:**
Construction of complex "Akrotiri" will be done on the following dates:
- April 2012 - the beginning;
- 09/30/2012 - the skeleton of buildings completed;
- 30/07/2013 - the completion of construction.
**Interior:**
The apartments will be well furnished. The degree of completion is "turn key", as follows:
- One air conditioner;
- Walls - mastic and latex paint;
- Floors - laminate;
- Doors - MDF;
- Windows - PVC;

**Payment Plans:**
Plan A (standard):
2 000 euros - reservation fee (valid for 20 days);
30 % - on signing of a Preliminary contract;
30 % - September 2012;
30 % - March 2013;
10 % - by notary of the property.
Plan B (with 5 % discount):
2 000 euros - reservation fee (valid for 20 days);
50 % - on signing of a Preliminary contract;
40 % - September 2012;
10 % - by notary of the property.
Plan C (with 10 % discount):
2 000 euros - reservation fee (valid for 20 days);
70 % - on signing of a Preliminary contract;
10 % - by notary of the property.
Plan D (with 15 % discount):
2 000 euros - reservation fee (valid for 20 days);
90 % - on signing of a Preliminary contract;
10 % - by notary of the property.
**Property management:**
Management company offering all services related directly or indirectly to your apartment:
1. Letting apartments for rent;
2. Payment of utility bills and taxes;
3. Year-round support for the apartment;
4. Transfers to and from the airport;
5. Maintenance and cleaning of the apartment;
6. Rental cars.
Annual maintenance costs without VAT - 8 euro/m2.
