The planning was carried out by the then famous architects Ferdinand Fellner and Hermann Helmer in Vienna. The two architects planned numerous well-known buildings in Vienna in the 19th century, such as the Konzerthaus, Ronacher, Theater an der Wien and the Volkstheater. The two architects planned many more palaces and residential buildings in Vienna - the Palais still benefits from the splendid historical execution.
In the years 2016 to 2018, the Palais was transformed by us as a real estate developer into a modern residential building in historic walls. The newly adapted Palais was completed in the spring of 2018 and comprises a total of 22 newly created luxury apartments.
